The Estate
The land is situated at Petit Verger, Pointe aux Sables.
This particular spot about one kilometre from the coast line is within easy reach of the capital (a twenty-minute trip by bus) commanding a panoramic view of the west north-west coast of Mauritius with easily accessible roads.
