I am a hotel management professional holding a 3years bachelors degree course in hotel management with the total working experience of more than 3 years in the hotel industry.

My core area has always been food and beverage as i find myself interested in that particular field and also want to pursue my career iin the same.

i have read in the Board of Investment in mauritius published on internet that hotel industry is growing wider scale by 2011 so it seems it has a larger scope.

Could you please help me find a appropriate place to work in mauritiius and also direct me whom should i keep in touch regularly to help me choose a right opportunity?

I am an interior designer & have had my own business here in Johannesburg South Africa for 16years. I have completed areas of work in business & commercial offices, hospitality & conference industry, a Golf Club, several upmarket guest houses & also regular domestic environments.

I recently returned back to South Africa after spending a period of 4years working in both London & the South of France on various contracts. My children are grown up & living abroad & I am completely free of restrictions to working hard & to my hearts content!

Could you advise me if correct, but I have learned that Mauritius is always in search of good decorators & so wondered if you could point me in the right direction for any such opportunities?
